BizLeads360 is an AI sales agent run by BizLeads360 ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What the service does

BizLeads360 helps you find companies and contacts, write emails, and send them from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox. You stay in control: you approve what is sent.

Your responsibilities

Only contact people you are allowed to contact. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your emails, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR and CASL.
Do not send spam, deceptive, unlawful or harassing messages, and do not use the service to break the rules of Google, Microsoft or any data provider.
Honor unsubscribe requests. BizLeads360 adds an unsubscribe link and keeps a suppression list, but you remain responsible.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and payments

Sending sales emails uses credits: 1 credit per email sent. Credits are bought through Stripe, do not expire, and can be refunded as set out in our Refund Policy. Prices are shown before you pay.

Job search plans

The job search (/jobs) is a subscription paid through Stripe, monthly or every 3 months, at the price shown before you pay. It renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan works until the end of the paid period. Each plan has daily limits (searches and emails) shown on the plans page. The free preview does not send anything. We do not promise interviews or job offers.

Data from third parties

Company and contact data comes from third-party providers and public web pages. We do not guarantee that it is complete or correct. Email addresses marked risky are never sent.

Suspension

We may pause or close accounts that cause high bounce rates, spam complaints or other abuse. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

No warranty and limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
