This explains what BizLeads360 ("we") collects when you use BizLeads360, and what we do with it.
To run the service for you: find leads, write and send your emails, sync replies, book meetings and keep your credit balance. We do not sell your data and we do not use your mailbox content for advertising.
Hosting (AWS), AI providers that write and analyse text, lead-data providers (such as Apollo and Hunter), Google or Microsoft for your mailbox, and Stripe for payments. We send them only what each task needs, for example a company domain for a lookup.
BizLeads360's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to provide the email features you asked for.
Contacts you add yourself are stored in your workspace only. Work contacts that BizLeads360 finds from business sources (name, job title, work email and company, from data providers, company websites and public search results) are also kept in BizLeads360's business directory so they don't have to be looked up again; nothing from your mailbox, notes or campaigns is added to it. If someone unsubscribes or asks to be removed, they are added to your suppression list, removed from the directory and never offered to any customer again. To ask for removal, email the support address below.
Use "Delete account" in the account menu. It removes your login, workspace, contacts, threads and stored mailbox tokens from our server. You can also revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account settings. Backups may keep copies for a short time.
Connections use HTTPS, sessions use secure cookies, and mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest.
